Refund Policy

💡 We encourage all customers to download and test the free backtest version before purchasing. This allows you to evaluate the algorithm on your own MT5 platform with zero financial commitment.

1. Digital Product Policy

Gold Rush Algo is a digital software subscription. Upon completing your payment, your license is activated immediately and you gain instant access to the Expert Advisor file, setup guide, and all included bonuses.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable once the license has been activated.

2. No Refunds — Reasons

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • The software is delivered instantly upon payment — there is no way to "un-deliver" a digital file.
  • A free backtest version is available before purchase so you can evaluate the product risk-free.
  • Trading losses are not grounds for a refund — we are a software provider, not a financial guarantor.
  • Change of mind after purchase does not qualify for a refund.
  • Incompatibility with a broker or trading account does not qualify, as broker compatibility information is provided before purchase.

3. What You Can Do Instead

  • Cancel anytime — you can stop your subscription before the next billing date and you will not be charged again.
  • Test on a demo account — run the EA on a demo account before going live to understand its behaviour.
  • Contact our support team — if you are experiencing technical issues, reach out and we will do our best to resolve them.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. Once cancelled:

  • Your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
  • Your license will automatically expire at the end of the paid period.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances — such as a verified technical failure where the product was never delivered or accessible — we may review cases individually. Please contact our support team with full details and we will respond within 2 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in immediate termination of your license and may affect your ability to purchase from us in the future. We always encourage you to contact us first — we want to resolve any issues fairly.
